I forgot to do a review round up post in April, so we will just jump straight into May’s review round up post instead. I have just received couple of things this week but I thought I would include them in next months post as you really need to try them over a week or two to get a real feel for them.
Anyway, on to this months reviews.
Avon Bubble Gum Bubble Bath
I love Avon stuff. In fact I used to be an Avon Representative for 7 years. Ursula, the rep I have only lives up the road from me, so great for getting last-minute gifts from. You can find her on facebook or you can visit her online shop and have items delivered straight to you door to anywhere in the UK.
I love all Avon bubble baths and my favourite two are their two newest ones – Bubble Gum and Apple Pie.
Ursula gave me the bubble gum bubble bath to try out and share with all of you. It has a lovely smell and foams up really well. Th only problem I have with it, is that my kids and husband keep nicking it. So I will have to stock up on a few.
Cheestrings Snack Mix
We first got to try these out in April’s Degustabox. I received all three different packs to try out. The kids really loved them. Especially Caitlin, and she keeps making me buy them for her school packed lunch. They all have cheese cubes, then a type of cracker and a fruity part. The kids enjoyed eating all three, but they all preferred the green pack the most.
Doddle Bags
These Doddle bags are great for storing yogurt, smoothies, baby food, paints, body wash, shampoo and anything else you can think of. The come in pack of 10 and have different colour lid caps and matching stickers. One side of the bag is clear, so you can see what’s inside. They are really easy to fill up, they just open at the side with a zip seal. They are dishwasher and freezer safe too.
I am really loving these and my youngest son just took one to beavers camp for the weekend with his hand wash in. I will be making my own smoothies soon and putting them in here, so the kids can take them to school in their packed lunches.

Little Cook Box
Little Cook Box is a subscription service, where you get to choose your kids meals for the week. They all come with all the ingredients needed to make the meal and with simply instruction to prepare the meal with your child.
We got to choose 4 different meals – Crackin’ Calzone Kit, Ravishing Ratatouille Kit, Tantalising Turkey Meatballs Kit and Crazy Chicken Goujons Kit. For 4 meals the price is £19.99, a little pricey, but you don’t need to prep anything, as it is already done for you, so saves a lot of time.
These are really tasty and healthy and a good potion size for older kids.
Ready Player One
A few weeks ago we received some Ready Player One merchandise to celebrate the release of the new film. I can’t wait to see it as it looks really good, but may have to read the book first.
We got an infinity mirror which Aaron has claimed as his. It’s really good and looks like a never-ending tunnel inside. We also got a notebook, coasters and a drinks bottle. Aaron has also claimed all of these too. The drinks bottle looks great, but it does leak a little, so not very good if you are wanting to take it anywhere. Aaron use it to keep by his bed at night-time for when he gets thirsty.
Sarah’s Honey
Sarah’s Honey is really nice and makes a different to just adding plain honey to my porridge. I got to try out a few, my favourite was the mixed fruit honey. This one really tasted great in my porridge. The lemon one if perfect for adding to a cup of tea if your feeling a bit under the weather, and the cinnamon is yummy too!!
You can see all my other review round up posts here.
What did you like the looks of the most? Let me know in the comments.
I received the above items in return for this post. All opinions are mine
